Management systems

Managing your organization from a system perspective means guiding it and keeping it under control through coordinated activities that allow you to implement company policy, effectively achieving its objectives with an orientation towards continuous improvement and attention to the satisfaction of the needs and requirements of the various interested parties, in proactive optics.

Define and implement a management system

The definition of a management system is based on the application of the methodology known as Plan - Do - Check - Act PDCA: establishing the objectives and processes necessary to obtain results in accordance with the policies of the PLAN organization; implement DO processes; monitor and measure processes in relation to policies, objectives, legal, contractual and regulatory requirements; analyze and process CHECK results; take action to continuously improve the performance of the ACT organisation. Every intervention carried out starts from this methodological approach to define systems that truly respond to the reality of the organization which do not constitute a burden on the management structure, but rather act as tools of high added value for the efficient and effective implementation of production processes, with evident advantages for the lasting success of the organization. The Agrotecnico SRL Office offers its customers consolidated experience in the definition, implementation and maintenance, even in an integrated form, of: quality management systems compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard; management systems for environmental protection compliant with the UNI EN ISO 14001 standard; workplace safety management systems compliant with the UNI EN ISO 45001 standard; food safety management systems compliant with the UNI EN ISO 22000 standard. Technologies and strategies for a revolution in the field

The technological revolution in agriculture defined as agriculture 4.0 is changing the way companies grow and sell their products. We, with our consultancy in advanced technologies and strategies, are leading this revolution. Precision technology; These technologies, which include the use of GPS and advanced field sensors, allow farms to precisely monitor field conditions and apply fertilizers and pesticides only where and when they are needed. Automation and robotics; robots perform a variety of tasks in the field, from sowing to harvesting, reducing the need for manual labor. Big data and data analytics; companies use data collected from sensors and other sources to make informed decisions about growing practices. Vertical agriculture and aeroponic cultivation; these techniques allow plants to be grown in controlled environments, often in urban areas, reducing the need for agricultural land. Food traceability; Digital technologies are used to track food products from field to consumer, increasing transparency and food safety. These technologies and strategies help farms produce more food with fewer resources, reducing environmental impact and improving the sustainability of their farming practices. The adoption of these innovations requires significant investments in terms of time and economic resources. Our company can help you find the economic resources to implement the use of new technologies and strategies through the national and European funds made available.

We were contacted by the Ferrari agricultural company, which was having problems with its tomato crops intended for the canning industry. Despite following all standard agricultural practices, his plants were not producing quality fruit and his production was far below planned expectations. We went to the farm for a soil test and discovered that the soil pH was too high, which was negatively affecting plant growth. We advised the farm to apply a soil corrective for fertigation to reduce the pH, break the calcium chain and release the phosphorus and potassium present in the soil, minerals that the plant needed to overcome the stress encountered in the field. Furthermore, we noticed that the irrigation was not optimal, the water was not distributed evenly, which led to some areas being too wet and others too dry. We suggested an innovative drip irrigation system that would ensure uniformity. After following our advice, the Ferrari farm noted a significant improvement in the health of its plants and an increase in tomato production. He was extremely grateful for our help and continued to use our services to further optimize his farming practices.
